SERVICES : Container Deposit Scheme
NSW Container Deposit Scheme, Return and Earn,
ABOUT THE SERVICE

Bottles, cans and cartons make up a large proportion of the litter on our streets, beaches and green spaces. Tackling the problem costs NSW millions of dollars every year. The NSW container deposit scheme, Return and Earn, commenced across NSW on 1 December 2017.
RRA manages a manual collection point at the Tuncurry Community Recycling Centre,  NSW.

ELIGIBLE CONTAINERS

The following containers are most commonly found as litter in NSW. They’re often consumed ‘on the go.’
