Our response to COVID-19
We’ve made changes to the way we work to ensure the safety of our workforce and communities. Our health and safety strategy focuses on:
- Personal and workplace hygiene
- Increased cleaning regimes
- Staff adhering to social distancing requirements
- Contingency rostering to reduce exposure risk
If someone in our workforce becomes ill with COVID-19-related symptoms, or has suspected exposure, we have processes in place for medical attention, isolation and notification of health authorities.
We’re following the latest advice and guidelines from the Australian Government Department of Health. Within those guidelines, and with the health and safety measures we have in place, we are committed to maintaining an uninterrupted service for our customers.
